Exceptionally nice and very polite staff in all circumstances!!
Really had such wonderful stay for 4 nights. The place was perfectly clean with free parking and a very comfy bed. Outstanding dishes, secluded location to everything you need on a scooter. Also - so close to the hotel's restaurant, and the city center.

The staff at this resort are super efficient, friendly, and helpful - shoutout to Denise and her team! The on-site cafe serves delicious food with a varied menu, and the homemade cottage cheese, chicken liver pate, and blueberry jam with brown toast for breakfast are mind-blowing. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated, and the aircon works effectively and quietly. The resort is located in a quiet area, away from the main hustle and bustle but still within a short ride. The pool area is amazing, and the sunset views are jaw-dropping. The restaurant is open from 7am to 9pm, which is super convenient, and the menu offers a lot of choices. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The owners are also incredibly hospitable and always happy to make your stay more comfortable. They offer additional amenities like gym gear and music upon request. The location is a short walk from the beach and a quick tricycle ride away from Alona Beach. Sorina and Mihai are wonderful hosts, and we had an amazing time at their resort.

I absolutely loved being surrounded by nature at this resort. the mango tree in the garden provided the most delicious mangoes, and there's even a chance to spot fireflies! the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel like part of their family. the rooms were clean and bright, with great housekeeping. Renting scooters allowed us to explore the area easily. the boutique hotel feel and the cute sitting areas in each room added to the overall charm. the pool was perfect for a relaxing swim, and being next to the mangroves made it quiet and peaceful. the staff went above and beyond, calling tricycles for us and serving us fresh fruit from the garden. We even enjoyed delightful conversations with the owners every night. the Romanian liqueur they served us was a special treat. Staying here was an amazing experience and we would definitely return if we're in the area again.
Felt snug, no complaint.

They were incredibly kind and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for things to do on the island. The resort itself is well-maintained and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful mangroves. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the pool was perfect for relaxation. The homemade meals at the hotel were absolutely delicious, and I found myself opting to eat there instead of going out. I had a wonderful experience at Selectum Mangrove Resort and would definitely recommend it to others.

The garden and pool were beautiful, and the breakfast was really nice. The staff was helpful with arranging transportation too. It was a bit secluded from the main part of the area, but it made for a quieter stay.
The cleaning was okay, but the towels left a lot to be desired. The location was a bit too far from attractions, making transportation pricey.

The staff was friendly and helpful, making it easy to enjoy our time here. the new and clean room was a plus, with great amenities like a fridge and a hairdryer. the pool was a nice place to relax and unwind.
The location was far from everything and it was hard to enjoy the hotel's amenities without renting a costly scooter. Plus, the beds and pillows were uncomfortable and it was hard to get a good night's sleep.

The rooms at Selectum Mangrove Resort are really comfortable, with great air conditioning and free WiFi. It felt like a cozy home away from home. I loved having a seating area in the room. It was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The flat-screen TV with cable channels in the triple room was a nice touch. I enjoyed catching up on my favorite shows in the evenings. It was great to have a wardrobe and free WiFi in the air-conditioned rooms. I could easily store my belongings and stay connected with loved ones. The double room had a nice cool atmosphere thanks to the air conditioning and tile/marble floor. It was a refreshing escape from the heat outside. The private bathroom in the triple room was clean and convenient. It made getting ready in the mornings hassle-free. The pool view from the air-conditioned rooms was absolutely stunning. It added an extra touch of relaxation and tranquility to my stay. Being able to connect to free in-room WiFi was a huge plus. I could easily research and plan my activities for the day. The desk in the rooms was a helpful feature. It provided a designated space for me to work or write postcards during my stay.
Personally, I found one feature less appealing. But remember, it's just my opinion!
